(ehehehe and adding my own little birthday ficlet because this totally deserves it)

“You are a very difficult man to get naked, Garrus Vakarian,” Amelise teased, sliding up a little farther into his lap. “I blame the armor. Too hard to slip off.” She leaned up and let her lips brush against his good mandible.

“You didn’t seem to have too much trouble with it,” he told her, moving his hands to keep her steady as she craned her neck to kiss him. The height difference was always a bit of a problem here. Not one they weren’t prepared to deal with and honestly he had always found it more endearing than irritable, but when your girlfriend only comes up to your shoulders even when she’s sitting in your lap, things like kissing require a little more coordination.

“I’ve been practicing,” she said, and that was all she said for a good span of time as he slipped one hand around her thigh and pulled her up to his eye level. She wrapped her arms around his neck and only pulled away once both of them were thoroughly out of breath.

“Anything else you want to practice?” he asked her, panting.

“I’ve got a few ideas.”
